Notice of Presentation
- Information for Oral Speakers:
All the oral speakers including Keynote, Invited and oral speakers should come up to "Session Room " at least 1 h before their presentations to upload and check their ppt (or equivalent), or pdf files in USB flash memory or CD-ROM. Speakers can use Microsoft PowerPoint, or Adobe Acrobat.
The allotted time for each presentation is as follows: (For smooth operation of the conference, you must present your talk punctually)
- Keynote Lecture: Presentation 40 min (Please accept a couple of questions, if time permits.).
- Invited Lecture: Presentation 25 min + Discussion 5 min.
- Oral Presentation: Presentation 17 min + Discussion 3 min.
Important note: For oral presenters, please send us a short bibliography at icasec@sci.aru.edu.eg for introductory purposes.
- Information for Poster Presenters:
Posters can be put on the board from 9:00 am at the first day. Your poster dimensions should be 110 x 90 cm (height x width). Pins or thumbtacks will be available at the registration disk.
